In March this year, new Hong Kong regulations made it compulsory for corporate service providers and trustees to be licensed by the local Regulator. We welcome this move as compliance and good business practice have always been a part of Zetland. Zetland duly applied to the regulator, fulfilled all requirements and was successful in attaining a full set of licenses. Zetland Trust, Zetland Corporate Services and Zetland Secretaries all have valid licenses to conduct business in Hong Kong. Zetland is also licensed in Singapore and Belize.
