Carmen joined Zetland in September 2021 as Corporate Services Manager. She is a member of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI), formerly known as the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS), the only qualifier of the internationally recognised Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional qualifications for corporate governance in the UK, Hong Kong, and Mainland China.
Carmen has over 15 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field and has been providing professional corporate services to Hong Kong private and offshore companies as well as multi-nationals, public companies and sole proprietorships. She has worked closely with professionals for company restructures, pre-IPO and KYC projects and is adept in ViewPoint, CSA and ERP systems.
