Mandy is a seasoned audit professional with over 15 years of experience in accounting and auditing across a wide range of industries, including food and beverage, manufacturing, property investment, shipping, insurance brokerage, and licensed financial services. She began her career as an Audit Clerk and progressed steadily to her current role as Manager at Normsun & Co, where she leads audit and non-assurance engagements, manages team performance and oversees client relationships. Her expertise includes handling IRD enquiries, preparing financial reports, conducting due diligence and managing audits for licensed companies under Type 1, 2, 4, and 9.

She has held senior roles at firms such as BDO Limited, Moores Rowland, and Pan-China CPA, consistently demonstrating leadership, technical proficiency and client service excellence. Mandy is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has successfully completed the HKICPA Qualification Programme. She is fluent in English and Chinese, with fair spoken Putonghua and proficient in multiple accounting software platforms.
