Zetland Fiduciary Group (ZFG) strives to provide excellence in professional service to its clients. ZFG observes a strict code of ethics and maintains secure computer and internet servers with an advanced cybersecurity management system.

ZFG will do this in a number of ways through mail, e-mail, facsimile or information provided at our offices. ZFG may also conduct searches available online and on social networking sites to verify any information provided to us. We maintain a strict confidentiality policy of all personal data collected. All client information collected is held on our secure database and is accessible only by ZFG staff.

The information collected is solely for the purposes of compliance with our regulatory bodies but it is also used in understanding your needs and providing you with an enhanced service. All information collected are for internal record keeping, improving our products and services and promotional and market research purposes. ZFG will not sell, distribute or lease client’s personal information to third parties unless permission has been obtained or is compelled by a court.

Client data is retained in accordance to our regulatory bodies requirements but it may be retained for longer in order to assist parties in the event of any legal dispute.
